We use UPS & USPS to provide the best possible service to our customer. Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days and should be expected to arrive We are unable to ship International orders at this time.
We will ship via USPS Parcel Post and USPS Priority based upon the items ordered. We can offer expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.) upon request. Please email our customer service at email@example.com before you place your order to request these shipping options. Because of the nature of our products and the various sizes and weights, expedited shipping costs can vary greatly.
Shipping rate is automatically calculated in your card during checkout. Please note that all orders over $75 will automatically receive free UPS ground or equivalent shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We always hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly exchange/return any items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. For your convenience, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, embroidered items as well as items with the tags removed for either a return or an exchange.
We recommend returning/exchange your items in store for an easier process. If you are unable to do so, we will provide you with a return label free of cost.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return/exchange. Shipping and processing charges paid when placing the order are non-refundable. Return and exchange requests will be provided with a return label free of cost to the customer. During the exchange process, if there is a balance due from you as the customer, a refund will be processed and you will be asked to place a new order for the larger amount item. We will honor the same discount placed on the initial order if a discount was applied.
Please make sure to submit a return request via email prior to sending in your return. If you need assistance prior to returning your item(s) or to order a different size/color/item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please alsp include your order details with your email. Items will only be considered returned and/or credited once it has been received at our address provided below. Please keep a copy of the return label for your tracking purposes.

If item is returned in new condition within 30 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product/s, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, e-mail us at email@example.com and we will send you a copy. We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the time frame you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit should be posted to your credit card account 5-7 business days from when we process your return.
