ScrubHaven Return & Exchange Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ship the items back to our Philadelphia store at 9357 Krewstown Road, Philadelphia, PA 19115, and once we receive them we will process your exchange or refund. We are not responsible for items until they arrive at our store, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Each order includes up to two exchanges at no charge, and after that, shipping costs will apply to any further returns.
