What we do for group orders
- Group and wholesale pricing on scrubs, lab coats and scrub jackets, with no minimum order.
- Custom embroidered scrubs and lab coats with your logo, names and credentials, done in our own stores. Group pricing includes embroidery at a discounted rate, with no logo setup fee for groups. See our embroidery service.
- Your own online group order page. Each team member signs in, picks a size and orders, so nobody has to collect sizes on a spreadsheet. Larger organizations can have a separate page for each department.
- Flexible ways to pay. Staff can pay for their own orders, the department can be billed with a purchase order number, you can set a budget per person, or you can use payroll deduction.
- One look for the whole team. If your group settles on one collection and color, we can keep it in stock in our stores, already embroidered, for new hires and replacements.
- Delivery or pickup. Orders can be delivered to your facility or picked up at either store.
- On-site scrub shops. We bring pop-up scrub shops to hospitals and facilities so staff can shop at work.
How group ordering works
- Tell us about your team on the group order form: how many people, which styles and colors, and whether you need embroidery or patches.
- We send your group quote and set up your group order page.
- Your team places their orders online, or you send us one order for everyone.
- We embroider the order and get it to you. Most group orders are ready in about three weeks: around two weeks for the items to arrive and one week for embroidery. The earlier you order, the better.
Who orders scrubs in bulk from us

Is there a minimum for bulk scrub orders?
No. We set up group pricing for teams of any size.
Can you put our logo on scrubs and lab coats?
Yes. We embroider logos, names and credentials on items purchased from ScrubHaven.
How long does a group order take?
About three weeks for most orders. We will tell you ahead of time if a large quantity needs longer.
Can embroidered items be exchanged?
Embroidered or patched items cannot be exchanged, so we help you get the sizing right before the order is placed.
