    We hope that you will be pleased with the items you select. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return any items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. For your convenience, you may return the item(s) for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, embroidered items as well as items with the tags removed.

    We recommend returning your items in store for an easier return process. If you are unable to do so, we suggest you ship via a trackable or insured ship method as we are unable to credit returns that are not received. Return postage must be pre-paid. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.

    If you've lost your packing slip, simply include your order number, name, address and items you are returning on a piece of paper. If you do not know your order number, email us at and we will be happy to help. Ship your return merchandise to ScrubHaven, 9341 Krewstown Road, Philadelphia, PA 19115. We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.



    For fastest service, e-mail us at with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will only be credited for the return once we receive it.



    If item is returned in new condition within 30 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, e-mail us at and we will search for your order information. We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account 3-5 business days from when we process your return.
